Our menus are regularly updated, so there's always a nice variety on offer for customers. We also pay attention to seasonal changes and changing trends, whether it's by having in-season vegetables on the menu, or by including some 'winter warmers' in those colder months.

place your first order

We've made placing an order with Easy Living as easy as pie! If you're a new customer, you can simply ring the head office on 01745 350 506, and chat to a friendly member of our help team. 

We're on hand to answer any questions you may have about your first order, whether it's a particular question about a dietary requirement or need, or if you'd like to know in advance who your deliver driver may be, our team are on hand to help.


3.

enjoy your first meal

After placing your first order, you can be sure that your local delivery driver will be arriving at your door, on time, with your first Easy Living meal. He or she will take the time to plate out your meal if required, serve the meal to you, and get to know you a little better.

Where possible, we make every effort to ensure the same delivery drivers attend day in, day out, so that you can build up a bit of a relationship and get to know your driver. Please do let your drivers know how your first experience with Easy Living went too, as we're always looking to improve our service! 


4.

Place Your Next Order

When your delivery driver brings your first meal, they'll also bring along a few order forms too. That way, you can either complete these in advance and just hand them to your delivery driver to place your next orders, or you can always call up the team again and place your order over the phone. 

Whilst many of our customers like the security in knowing that their orders are placed and with the team for a week or two in advance, we do understand that some customers might change their plans, and as such we always say that the best place to change or alter an order is direct with our kitchen team, who you can call on 01745 350 506.
